        Our  Manufacturing  division   was  started  in  1980 . Keeping  in  view  the   difficulties  encountered by  the  machinery  &   machine - tools  users  in  INDIA , for  getting  the   odd  sizes  &  special  type  bearings  which   are  used  in  imported  machine - tools  &   equipments , from  the  indian  bearing  market , at  the   time  of  replacement . Importing  one  or  two   pieces  for  replcaement  is  economical , easy  &   is  some  times  impossible  for  such  bearings .

        With  our  bearings  expertise   &  experience  &  panel  of  specialist   bearing  engineers , we  now  manufacture  special  Needle   &  Track  Roller  Bearings  Rod - Ends  &   one  way  plus  bearings  along  with  several   other  types  of  bearings  &  Housings  &   today  we  have  a  host  of  satisfied   customers  in  INDIA , who  can  depend  on  us   for  such  requirements .

        We  design , develop   &  manufacture  special  Cylindrical  Rollers  &   Thrust  bearings  as  per  customer's  sample  or   drawing . Besides  the  regular  Mfg. range  given  here , we  also  undertake  Special  type  Bearings  if  the   quantities  are  economical .       

ROD - ENDS with  MALE & FEMALE Threads :-   We manufacture Rod-ends housings to Din 648 dimension  series E & Series K . They are made of rolled or forged alloy steels like C 45 & EN-19 & are supplied in normal or heat treated  as per their application . They are available with either External threads ( Type A )  or Internal threads ( Type B ) on the Shank . Besides standard sizes as per SKF / FAG or Elges std . HYDRAULIC   ROD - ENDS :-  Also Mfd. as per FAG & Elges stds , Using German , Japanese , Chinese or INDIAN Bearings as desired by the customer .
AXIAL CYL. ROLLER & CAGE ASSEMBLIES :- Series K-811 , K-812 , K-874 , K-893 , K-894 , as per ISO Standards , they contain Cyl. Rollers which are retained & guided in pockets arranged radially in the cages . The cages are made from aluminium alloy & brass . The Rollers used are either imported or best INDIAN make as per Din 5402 . AXIAL BEARING WASHERS WS & GS :-  SHAFT locating Series WS & Housing locating Series GS are thick Bearing washers made from r9olling Bearing Steel with lapped Raceways . Axial bearing washers - LS - are economical thick washers , for which the Raceways are ground & the bore and O.D. are turned .

NEEDLE  ROLLER  BEARINGS & INNER RINGS :-  We manufacture machine Typed Needle Roller Beaings in full complement & caged design . Besides Standard Series Needle Beaings non std. sizes  as per customers specifocation & drawing / sample from 5mm I.D. to 200mm O.D. are also manufactured . CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS :- Full complement single Row locating , Semi locating & Non - locating design Bearings Mfd against order only . YOKE TYPE & STUD TYPE CAM & ROLLER FOLLOWERS :- We manufacture Yoke Type track rollers with & without Axial guidance , with needle roller & cage assembly , as well as full complement type for higher loads but lower speeds . With cylindrical O.D. as well as with R-500 radius O.D. or special radius also we manufacture , as per customers requirement .
